Due to the temperature requirements of our unpasteurized kombucha, we cannot take back products after they have left our brewery.
Complaints and refunds
If you have a complaint about an order or product from our store, please tell us in an email: email@example.com. We will do our best to help out and refund or replace if there is an issue with our products. We do not refund products that have been handled incorrectly and/or not kept cold. Additionally, we are not responsible for lost or stolen products or for compromised products due to an incorrect address. We ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. Please double check that your address is correct before submitting your order. Any complaint or return request regarding products bought in a physical store or from a location other than our website must be directed to where the product was purchased. Complaints about a shipment must be sent directly to the respective freight service used.
