These terms apply to purchases made on www.laesk.dk.

When you make a purchase, you must read and accept the following terms to proceed with the purchase. The terms of trade comply with EU consumer law.

PURCHASE

A purchase on the webshop is made by choosing either a pre-mixed box or creating your own in the Mix Your Own section. You select box size/variants, and before the product is added to the cart, choose between a single purchase or subscription. If a subscription is chosen, the delivery frequency must be selected. Then the selected items are added to the cart, and the purchase can be completed via check-out. If the customer has a discount code, it should be entered here. Only one discount code can be used per purchase.

PAYMENT

All amounts on the website www.laesk.dk include VAT. Payment can be made via MobilePay, ApplePay, GooglePay, VISA, and Mastercard. After completing the purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the provided email address. If the email is not received within 60 minutes, please contact Læsk at admin@laesk.dk, as your order may not have gone through. Payment is only deducted once the order has been dispatched.

Læsk ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring your data is secure and cannot be read by others.

DELIVERY

Læsk ApS delivers to all loyal islands in Denmark. Orders to Danish addresses are primarily delivered by GLS to your nearest GLS Shop. Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. The customer will receive further information about the delivery day and time via email. 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Orders can be canceled as long as shipping has not been booked for the package. If the customer has received an email with tracking information about the shipment, the order can no longer be canceled. Send an email with your name and booking number to admin@laesk.dk if you wish to cancel an order.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

A subscription entails regular delivery of the selected products at a chosen interval. When the subscription is purchased and paid for, payment details are saved so that payment is automatically deducted at the next shipment. There is no obligation to purchase specific products, and the subscription (products and delivery interval) can be changed via the customer profile (login via www.laesk.dk) or by contacting Læsk ApS by phone (29993412) or email (admin@laesk.dk). It is mandatory to create a customer profile when purchasing a subscription. From the profile page, the customer can also see previous and scheduled deliveries. A subscription can be canceled at any time, and the next box scheduled for delivery will only be sent if the money has already been debited from the specified payment card, indicating that the goods have already been dispatched. Subscribers receive free shipping on subscription items. Læsk ApS reserves the right to terminate a subscriber for any reason.

GIFT CARDS

A gift card is purchased via www.laesk.dk and is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Gift cards for www.laesk.dk can be used on all products on the website. The entire or partial value of the gift card cannot be paid out. Contact Læsk for questions regarding gift cards.

RETURNS

We cannot accept returns for kombucha that have left Læsk. Merchandise can be returned. For returns (or exchanges), contact Læsk at admin@laesk.dk. The money will be transferred back to the customer when the item is received and only if the item is unused. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

CUSTOMER AND PRIVACY POLICY

We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others; it is only registered in our customer register. You can always have your information deleted.

To enter into an agreement with Læsk ApS, we need the following information:

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.

Personal information is registered with Læsk ApS and is kept for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done with your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and employees of Læsk ApS have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store or transmit customer information encrypted.

As a registered user with Læsk ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you. These rights are granted to you under the Personal Data Act, and inquiries related to this should be directed to admin@laesk.dk.

Cookies are used on http://www.laesk.dk to optimize the website and its functionality, making your visit as easy as possible.

Log statistics
We use log statistics on http://www.laesk.dk, which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from, and where on the website they leave, etc.

The log statistics are only used to optimize the Læsk ApS website.
