Payment methods
We accept following payment methods: Visa, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Danish customers can also use MobilePay.

Cancellation of orders
If you wish to cancel an order, reach out immediately, as orders are often confirmed and packed within just a few hours of being received. In that case, please call our webshop fulfillment warehouse +45 70 27 27 07 and have your order number ready.

Return policy
Since kombucha is a food product, we cannot take back products after they have left our brewery.

Complaints and refunds
If you have a complaint about an order or product from our store, please tell us in an email: admin@laesk.dk. We will do our best to help out and refund or replace if there is an issue with our products. We do not refund products that have been handled incorrectly. Additionally, we are not responsible for lost or stolen products or for compromised products due to an incorrect address. We ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. Please double check that your address is correct before submitting your order. Any complaint or return request regarding products bought in a physical store or from a location other than our website must be directed to where the product was purchased. Complaints about a shipment must be sent directly to the respective freight service used.

Price
All prices are including taxes. Subscription orders will be discounted with 10% off the normal price if stated on the site.

Shipping
We offer shipping with GLS, Bring and Burd. The price is calculated at checkout depending on weight and carrier.

Process
After placing an order, it will be packed and shipped and you will receive a tracking number by email. Please use this tracking number for additional information regarding your shipment.

Time
We strive to pack and ship orders the same day. Depending on time for ordering, allow 1-3 working days for your order to arrive.

Subscription policy
We reserve the right to cancel any subscription at our discretion and for any reason.

Subscription cancellation
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellations take effect immediately. If an order has already been confirmed, the cancellation will apply starting from the next shipment.
