Læsk Acquired By Nørrebrew

Press Release January 22, 2024

We are pleased to announce that Læsk has been acquired by the beverage producer Nørrebrew.

Since 2014, Nørrebrew has built a strong portfolio of organic beverages, including Maté Maté (yerba mate tea), Fingers Crossed (cocktail mixers), Blågårds (beer), and MANA Energy (energy drink). In addition to its products, Nørrebrew has its own distribution and a team of sales representatives.

Læsk will become part of Nørrebrew's portfolio and continue the production of kombucha as before with the same employees. Line Hoff and Magnus Stengade will continue to be responsible for the operation of Læsk and will also become co-owners of Nørrebrew.

"We look forward to this new chapter with Nørrebrew and are excited to continue our mission of promoting kombucha in Denmark. Joining forces with Nørrebrew gives us a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting range of beverages with a focus on quality and organic ingredients," says Line Hoff, founder of Læsk.

The acquisition marks the beginning of a new chapter, where the combination of Læsk's production expertise and Nørrebrew's well-established customer base and distribution setup creates the best conditions for a strengthened position in the market.
